A local auto repair shop in Dayton, OH, often delivers faster turnaround, more direct communication, and more competitive pricing than a dealership service department. At Elite Auto Experts LLC, you work with the same team every visit. Owner Adam Ploutz was born and raised in Dayton, earned a business management degree from Wright State University, and built this shop to serve his hometown community with transparency and ethics at the center of every repair.

Dealerships route customers through large service departments where technicians rarely communicate directly with the vehicle owner. Here, the team keeps you informed throughout the entire process. You understand what is being fixed, why it matters, and what it will cost before work begins. The shop also services the foreign luxury vehicles that dealerships charge premium rates to handle. BMWs, Mercedes, and Audis require specialized knowledge, and Elite Auto Experts LLC has that expertise without the dealership markup.

Yes. Elite Auto Experts LLC employs ASE-certified technicians, and team members are actively pursuing additional credentials. ASE certification means technicians have passed nationally recognized competency exams covering specific areas of automotive repair, a verifiable standard of technical knowledge for Dayton drivers.

The shop also holds BBB Accreditation with an A+ rating, reflecting its commitment to operating with integrity. As a family-owned business rooted in Dayton, the team has personal motivation to get every repair right.
